Bash: sqlplus: command not found solution

Error   Messages:
[oracle@ermankara ~]$ sqplus / as sysdba
-bash: sqplus: command not found

Environment variable has been with a good, but still error:

[oracle@ermankara ~]$ cat .bash_profile

# Oracle Settings
export TMP=/tmp
export TMPDIR=$TMP
export ORACLE_HOSTNAME=ermankara.localdomain
export ORACLE_UNQNAME=db12cc
export ORACLE_BASE=/u01/app/oracle
export ORACLE_HOME=$ORACLE_BASE/product/12.1.2/db
export ORACLE_SID=db12cc
export PATH=/usr/sbin:$PATH
export PATH=$ORACLE_HOME/bin:$PATH
export LD_LIBRARY_PATH=$ORACLE_HOME/lib:/lib:/usr/lib
export CLASSPATH=$ORACLE_HOME/jlib:$ORACLE_HOME/rdbms/jlib

Solution :

ln: creating symbolic link
[oracle@ermankara ~]$ su – root
Password:
[root@ermankara ~]# ln -s $ORACLE_HOME/bin/sqlplus /usr/bin
[oracle@ermankara ~]# su – oracle
[oracle@ermankara ~]$ sqlplus /nolog

SQL> conn / as sysdba
Connected to an idle instance.

SQL> startup
ORACLE instance started.
Total System Global Area 1644167168 bytes
Fixed Size     2925024 bytes
Variable Size 1056968224 bytes
Database Buffers   570425344 bytes
Redo Buffers   13848576 bytes
Database mounted.
Database opened.
